SOLUTION DESIGN
ARCHITECTURE

Designed the end-to-end architecture for a governance advisory solution, defining the questionnaire, governance logic, approval pathways and user experience to provide consistent governance decisions across the Power Platform.

CANVAS APP
DEVELOPMENT

Developed a responsive Canvas App that provides an intuitive governance advisory experience. The application captures solution requirements, executes custom governance logic, determines the appropriate governance classification and presents tailored recommendations, approval pathways and automated next steps to users.

AUTOMATED GOVERNANCE WORKFLOW

Built a Power Automate solution that orchestrates governance decisions by processing Canvas App submissions, applying business rules, generating tailored guidance, attaching governance documentation and delivering personalised recommendation emails.

SHAREPOINT DATA MODEL

Designed a structured SharePoint data model to capture governance requests, solution metadata, ownership, governance outcomes and operational information, providing the foundation for automation, reporting and governance workflows.

ENGINEERING & DELIVERY (AZURE DEVOPS, DOCUMENTATION & TESTING) 

Managed the project through Azure DevOps, documentation, testing and deployment to deliver a reliable, well-governed solution.
